WOOLLY MAMMOTHS

This page is dedicated to my best friend (and woolly mammoth lover), Beatrice. Just a few facts about woolly mammoths are…

1. They lived during the Ice Age and most went extinct about 10,000 years ago due to climate change and human hunting.
2. They were covered in thick fur and had long tusks for defense and digging through the snow.
3. Woolly Mammoths were herbivores (plant eaters).
